Carol Lois Cobaugh

CAROL LOIS COBAUGH, age 74, of Montgomery, died on September 19, 2025 at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville.

Born on November 13, 1950, in Chicago, Il, she was the daughter of Milton Albert Wagner and Mildred (Vavrinia) Wagner. Carol was a 1968 graduate of Monte Vista High School in Whittier, California. She continued her education at Cal State – Fullerton where she received her cosmetology degree. On April 3, 1971, Carol was united in marriage to Barry Cobaugh.

Carol is survived by her children: Bruce Cobaugh and Amber (Brian) Peterson; grandchildren: Tyler and Courtney Peterson; great grandchildren: Rosie and Khloe; sister, Diane Rose; and nephew, David Rose.

She is preceded in death by her mother; father; sister, Vivian Morales; and brother, Bruce Wagner.

A gathering will be from 3:00 – 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at the Montgomery Chapel of Schoenbauer Funeral Homes. Interment will be at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
