Delores Irene Ellman

DELORES IRENE ELLMAN, age 101, of Belle Plaine passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at The Lutheran Home in Belle Plaine.

Born on March 24, 1924 in Algona, IA, Delores was the daughter of Ernest and Amy Johnson. She was united in marriage to Vincent Ellman in Algona. Together, they raised four sons: Kenneth, Dennis, Stanley and Randy.

Delores is survived by her sons, Stanley (Deb) Ellman of Swea City, IA, Randy Ellman of Charles City, IA; sixteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent; sons, Dennis and Kenneth; parents, Ernest and Amy Johnson; and her siblings.

Burial for Delores will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 15, 2025 at Bohemian National Cemetery in Montgomery.
